Our Topic this Half Term is:

Bugs...

Our Theme is… Bugs. Are Bugs Important?

This is a science based topic and we will be undertaking lots of practical investigations. We will investigate how plants grow and what they need to grow. We will record and analyse data, such as the growth of our plants and the size of different bugs. We will enquire and research the life cycles of bugs and their adaptations. We will use the knowledge and skills we have learnt to create habitats for bugs in our forest school area.

Our Maths learning focus

This Half Term we will be learning about units of measures. Our new vocabulary will be; unit of measures, statistics, estimation, compare and calculate and interpret and present data.

Please continue to practise all times tables up to 12x12 to support your child’s maths learning.

Our new app is Times Tables Rockstars...who will be a Rock God by July?

Our English learning focus
